What's Trinex Sports return policy?

We stand behind our products and want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

​Paddle Performance Guarantee

Choosing the right paddle is personal — and we get that. Go ahead and take your paddle onto the court and see how it feels in real play.

If it’s not the right fit for your game, you may still return it within 30 days, provided the paddle:

* Is free from cracks or structural damage

* Has not been intentionally altered or abused

* Is returned in reasonable playing condition

​Normal signs of play are acceptable.

What is the procedure for returning a product?

To return a product, please email support@trinexsports.com
within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

​Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After we receive and inspect your product, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

How soon will I get my paddle after ordering?

Once your order is placed, it is typically processed within 1–2 business days. After it ships, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Most customers receive their paddle within 7–10 business days from the order date. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can follow its journey to your door.

​​Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
